PARKHURST PHASE 2 - HOYLAKE DRIVE
This is an up-market residential complex comprising of 12 free-standing duplexes set in a prime location in the heart of Durban North. The second phase was completed by DAE Construction cc consisting of 6 duplexes, completion of boundary walls, driveway and services.
The construction was conventional foundations, concrete floor slabs, Corobrik clay maxi bricks, plaster, timber patio doors, bronze aluminum windows to suit, timber roof trusses and roof tiles. The plaster features around the building required special attention to complement the Tuscan design.
Conventional construction methods were employed. Scaffolding erected around the perimeter of the building for brickwork and plaster.
