The scope of work on this project was the upgrading of existing boarding house while also construction of a new wing with minor demolition.
The first part of the project was the earthworks for the new wing which had piling and strip foundations with conventional brick and plaster. The interior upgrade included bathrooms tiling, carpeting with extensive joinery. The roof was corrugated chromodek and the windows and doors were aluminium.
