The work done on Indumiso Campus includes the construction of 4 new raked lecture venues, a flat lecture venue and a library and student area with ablutions, demolition of existing buildings and the removal of asbestos. Internal finishes included vinyl flooring, porcelain tiles, plaster and paint, sanitary fittings and electrical and mechanical installations.
HIGHLY COMMENDED : ROBERTSON & POOLE CONSTRUCTION - ST ANNES INDOOR SPORTS FACILITY
The intention of this project was the construction of an indoor sports centre for St Anne’s Diocesan Collage in Hilton. The construction of this project during rainy season in a mist belt provided for a serious challenge and pressure on the program. Accuracy levels on the suspended concrete floor was challenging with accuracy levels of 1 needed to accommodate the specialised sports floor covering.
