The scope of work on this project was to construct a multiple single storey dwellings for a retirement village. The estate in its self poses some serious challenges for any builder as it boarders on a conservancy and farm areas where streams and wildlife are present, posing environmental challenges. The soil conditions in the estate required raft foundations with conventional combination of facebrick and plastered finish. The roof was constructed of wooden truss and roof tiles finish. Interior floors were a combination of tiles, carpets and laminate floors.

The scope of work on this project was to construct a residential facility at Hilton College for use as a Hotel by parents and students. The start of the project was earthworks for preparing of the building that had extensive cut and fill in order to prepare site for the reinforced strip foundations. The walls were a conventional brick, mortar and plaster. The floors were a mix of carpets and tiles with aluminium windows and doors.
