he project is a standard concrete framed structure on piles with a structural steel roof, brick infill panels with glass facades and standard car dealership finishes.

The site was very small leaving no lay down areas. This led to negotiating with the council to use the verge for site establishment. The program was very tight since the project incorporated a double story building. Even though the project started in winter, rain fall was unusually high. This was a fast tracked program and staff were working double shifts on some occasions, making safety paramount.
