Work commenced In March of 2015 with a sectional handover from the direct piling contractors

The project construction value of approximately R91 million spans over a 12 month period and covers approximately 23,300m2 of gross lettable area of prime real estate in the sought after Ridgeside Office Precinct, Umhlanga.

This building is situated on 19 Park Lane, Umhlanga and consists of 17,000m2 basement structure consisting of three levels of parking. The office block consisting of 6,000m2 is situated above this parking. This was also a green building aiming for four stars.
